Let’s Make PSense of Who We Are

Our Orgin:

PSense Studio was founded by Surena Mitchell, a strategist, instructor, and storyteller with a deep belief that business should make sense—visually, structurally, and financially.

Surena’s passion for branding, operations, and culture began long before PSense had a name. With a background spanning beauty, sports, entertainment media, and Big Law—and as an MBA graduate of Hampton University—she experienced firsthand how inaccessible, confusing, and disconnected the client experience could be, even within the most respected brands. She saw talented professionals struggle not from lack of vision, but from a lack of clarity and structure.

Motivated to change that and consult strategies in a digestible way, Surena launched PSense Studio: a consulting firm built to simplify the business journey for service-based professionals and entrepreneurs. Here, strategy meets clarity and operations finally make PSense.

Our Present:

Today, PSense Studio is a Houston-based consulting agency that serves clients across the country. From small to mid sized law firms and beauty brands to real estate pros and budding entrepreneurs we help service-based businesses show up clearly, confidently, and consistently.

We offer a range of services including brand strategy, business development, client experience design, and pre-built business concepts through The PSense Vault. Every engagement is grounded in our core belief: that smart, sustainable growth starts with clarity.

Our team operates with intention, working collaboratively with clients to ensure their brands not only look good—but work well, feel aligned, and leave a lasting impact.

Our Plan:

In the years ahead, PSense will expand its reach by launching new educational tools, curated digital products, and community-driven experiences for emerging entrepreneurs. We plan to deepen our impact across industries while remaining rooted in intentional strategy, philanthropy and human-centered design.

With eyes on national recognition and a heart for everyday entrepreneurs, PSense will continue to reimagine what consulting can look like—creative, accessible, and deeply aligned with the people it serves.

Because when your business makes PSense, everything else flows.

Clarity Over Chaos

We believe structure is the key to understanding. Clarity makes room for better decisions, smoother operations, and sustainable growth.

PS: We simplify the complex because best practices are not exclusive to those who want to learn.

Our Values

Cultural Intelligence

We believe brands should reflect the communities they serve and embody the vision they were built on. A brand should feel both familiar and aspirational—rooted in purpose, yet ready for growth.

PS: We don’t just stay relevant—we stay rooted.

Strategic Creativity

We believe that strategy and style go hand in hand. A polished brand with no direction is just noise—we make it mean something.

PS: If it doesn’t convert, it’s just content. We turn ideas into impact.

Client-Centered Excellence

We believe doing good work isn’t enough, but the services provided should make clients feel good, too. Our clients are partners, and intention is our standard.

PS: You deserve a brand that respects your brilliance and raises your bar.

Ease is the Standard

We believe business should feel accessible, not intimidating. You shouldn’t need a formal education to understand how things work—or wait for titles and tenure to lead with impact. Simplicity isn’t a shortcut; it’s a strategy.

PS: We break things down so you can build your business with confidence and clarity.

Immersion is Our Advantage

We believe you can’t design what you don’t understand. That’s why we fully step into your brand world so we can speak your language, embody your values, and anticipate what your clients need.

PS: We don’t just advise from the outside—we move like we’re on the inside.
